This award demonstrates the high standard of management principles implemented by the ISF Group. The eight major principles of the ISO 9000 level ensure that companies complying with the standard have a management system in place, which focuses on high levels of customer care, leadership, involvement of the whole organization, efficiency in systems and processes and good relationships with suppliers.
